1 pound white, semisweet, or milk chocolate · 2 cups assorted Valentine's Day candy

Line a large jellyroll pan with parchment or wax paper.

Melt the chocolate in a heavy saucepan over very low heat or in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Spread evenly on the pan.

Sprinkle the candy over the chocolate and press it in gently so it stays put. Let cool and set completely.
